Our individual design arm of Smarter Sweat is spearheaded by coach Ashley Pfantz. Here's what individual design means to her:
I believe everyone should experience a program designed specifically for them — a program that meets you where you are, provides the right amount of challenge and support, and helps you move forward to your individual goals. With individual design, you’ll get your very own program delivered to an app on your phone, which includes training, nutritional recommendations, and support to live a healthy life.
I work with a variety of clients who want to better invest in their overall health and well-being for the long run. This is no “quick fix." My method involves working together to find a healthy lifestyle that fits you and fuels you to function better in your role.
I’ll be the coach, but you will be your own hero.
Below are the steps we'll take together if you're interested in having a personal coach and experiencing a program designed specifically for you:
STEP 1-GETTING TO KNOW YOU
I start with a free consultation so I can get to know your training background and goals, and build a foundation of trust and authenticity for the coaching relationship.
What are your goals? What motivates you? We will build a strong “why” to keep you dedicated to your program and enjoying a healthy lifestyle for years to come!
We’ll dig into your current lifestyle, sleep, stress, and nutrition habits. Training is not the end all be all — we need to approach every aspect of your lifestyle. We’ll also cover any past injuries or current limitations.
We’ll discuss my expectations of you and your expectations of me as your coach as well as map out what your fitness journey could look like.
STEP 2- LEARNING ABOUT YOUR MOVEMENT
All clients will be put through a movement assessment so I can better understand your current movement patterns as well as what we can improve.
Through this assessment I will gather the data I need to create a program specifically for you. I will be available for any questions that may come up.
STEP 3- YOUR TRAINING AND ONGOING SUPPORT
I will provide your weekly program via TrueCoach. This app will have all of your exercises and demo videos as well as a place to record your results, write notes, and ask questions. You will always know exactly what to do!! No more wandering around the gym confused.
I will review your weekly videos and results and adjust your program as needed. Your program evolves as you do. Every month we will have a 30 minute consultation (either in person or via Zoom) to go over progress, look at food logs, discuss goals, and discuss ongoing expectations.
